Summer time in the South means spending time on the lake, ocean, pool, and anywhere else there is a body of water. Drink Special! 

Mojito

8 mint leaves

½ lime, cut lime into wedges

1 tablespoon sugar

1 cup crushed ice

2 ounces rum

4 ounces club soda

Mint spring for garnish

Lime wedge for garnish

Muddle the mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar in a highball glass. Fill the glass with the crushed ice and add the rum. Stir and top with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
